Easy Corned Beef Hot Dish that’s great for St. Patrick’s Day:
1 16 oz pkg. egg noodles
1 can corned beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/4 lb. American cheese, shredded
1/3 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup crushed potato chips or corn flakes
Cook egg noodles; drain. Combine remaining ingredients (except chips) and mix with noodles. Top with chips or corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cooked corn beef diced
4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 375 degree over for 45 minutes.
