Featured Recipe: Summer Grilling Pot Roast

Another summer classic.


4 lbs. beef roast

8 large potatoes (scrubbed & sliced)

1 lb. baby carrots

3 large onions (sliced)

1 envelope onion soup mix

2 1/2 cups water

DIRECTIONS: (makes 1 serving)

Double a 36″ piece of heavy aluminum foil. Place roast and vegetables in the center and sprinkle with soup mix. Fold together two 24″ pieces of heavy foil and place on top of the roast, sealing in envelope style – leaving one end open. Be sure seams are tight. Pour water into foil envelope and finish sealing. Place on grill for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
