Featured Recipe: Steak Sizzlers

Another great summer time recipe from Eileen Moller of Mt. Vernon, SD.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. beef top sirloin steak cut into 1″ cubes

MARINADE:

1 cup medium salsa picante

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

Mix marinade ingredients together in glass dish or large heavy plastic bag. Marinate beef cubes for 1-3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Place 4-5 cubes on a heavy wooden skewer. Grill over medium coals for 5-7 minutes. Turn occasionally.
